As a Business Development Representative, your mission is simple:
Identify, qualify, and book high-quality meetings for our BDMs to close.
You’ll operate in a modern sales environment using AI tools, high-quality datasets, and real-time insights to help you run better conversations and deliver stronger appointments.

- Outbound prospecting into SMEs using AI-enhanced targeting & sequencing
- Running confident, structured qualification conversations
- Using AI call-assist to improve questioning, objection handling & call flow
- Qualifying prospects across need, authority, budget, urgency, and intent
- Securing committed meetings for our Business Development Managers
- Maintaining strong activity, show rates, and appointment quality
- Working with AI dashboards showing real-time performance data
