About the role:

We are seeking a strong and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee 3-4 medium-density residential developments simultaneously. You’ll lead the on-site roof plumbing team(s), coordinate with builders and site management, ensure high quality execution and drive our projects through to completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate roof plumbing works across 3-4 active medium-density sites (townhouses, units), ensuring works are completed on time, on budget and to quality standards.
• Liaise daily with the site foreman, our team and subcontractors to align program and resource allocation.
• Manage workforce: daily checkins, monitor performance, ensure safety compliance and site inductions.
• Assist our Schedulers to ensure materials, equipment and logistics are properly scheduled and delivered to each site.
• Monitor quality control, workmanship standards, and ensure defects are proactively managed and closed out.
• Lead, mentor and develop your crew, set performance expectations and uphold BMG’s high standards.

Your skills & experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand in roof plumbing projects.
• Comfortable managing multiple sites concurrently and coordinating across teams.
• Strong understanding of roof plumbing trades, flashing, metal panels, gutters, and residential construction methods.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills — able to motivate teams and work collaboratively with other trades and management.
• Safety-conscious with current certifications (White Card, working at heights, etc) and strong site safety culture.
• Valid driver’s licence.
