• Empower and support your team mates of all levels
• Prepare and serve food and beverages that you are proud of
• Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner, with a smile
• Maintain a clean and organised work space
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and personal presentation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
