About the Opportunity
We have an exciting and diverse opportunities for Senior Occupational Rehabilitation Consultants and Occupational Rehabilitation Consultants to join our growing team on a Full-Time basis.
You will assist individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach, focusing on health and well-being.
You’ll be managing a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments with a strong focus on functional and workplace capacity.
Your days will be dynamic, balancing client visits, collaborative sessions, and stakeholder engagement, all with the flexibility to design your week around what works best for you. The role will suit someone who can engage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience within an Occupational Rehab Consultant position is vital
- A relevant degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration
- Full driver’s licence + access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
