Beefy’s Pies are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Truck Driver / Storeperson with Forklift Licence to join our friendly team at our Kunda Park production facility. Beefy’s are proud to produce a mouth-watering range of pies, pasties, sausage rolls, slices, tarts, and cakes. Our award-winning products are enjoyed across Southeast Queensland and NSW, and with continued growth, we’re expanding our team. Our busy Kunda Park facility supports 16 retail stores as well as a large and growing wholesale customer base.
🚚 About the Role
This is a hands-on, physically active role combining truck driving and warehouse/storeperson duties, working in rotation with other team members.
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 5:00am – 2:00pm
You will play a key role in supporting our distribution and warehousing operations in a fast-paced environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform delivery runs to SE Queensland stores (2–3 days per week)
- Operate a forklift for incoming and outgoing goods
- Assist if needed with picking and packing orders accurately and on time
- Maintain correct stock rotation (cold rooms and dry store)
- Ensure warehouse is kept clean, organised and safe
- Work in chilled environments as required
- General warehouse duties
- Follow Food Safety and HACCP requirements
- Adhere to WHS policies and procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
✅ What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Current MR Licence
- Current Forklift Licence
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kg)
- Reliable, punctual, and honest
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude with team and safety focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Own reliable transport
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening
- Australian Permanent Residency
Desirable:
- Previous experience in truck driving, warehousing or logistics
- Experience in food manufacturing or processing environments
