Process Worker

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Worker to join our team as On Call team members. These roles are roles that cover for team members on sick, personal and annual leave. Success and demonstrated reliability in this role The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the production and manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production equipment
• Follow instructions and directions to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 20 kgs (if required) and stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
