Maintenance Supervisor – Toowoomba

The difference between a good handover and a great one is usually a few small details.

This role owns those details.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of every home at Practical Completion, identify what needs improvement, coordinate rectification works, and make sure every home is genuinely ready for handover. Once the customer moves in, you’ll continue to stand behind the product, managing warranty outcomes and protecting the reputation we’ve worked hard to build.

What you’ll be doing

• Taking operational ownership of homes once they reach Practical Completion.
• Conducting detailed home inspections and identifying defects requiring rectification.
• Coordinating trades and suppliers to ensure defects are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.
• Producing comprehensive home reports prior to client handover.
• Managing warranty requests and maintenance works after handover.
• Building strong relationships with homeowners while providing practical solutions.
• Identifying recurring quality issues and partnering with construction teams to improve future outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Warranty Supervisor, Site Supervisor or similar residential construction role.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, defect rectification and quality standards.
• The ability to manage multiple jobs, trades and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• A practical mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
• Current Driver’s Licence and White Card.
• Trade qualification, QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builder Licence highly regarded.
