About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Intermediate Riggers and Crane Operators to join our team working on a major wind farm construction project near Wellington in Central West NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale renewable energy infrastructure while working with experienced installation teams in a structured, safety-driven environment.

About the Role

These roles encompass:

  • Assisting Trades in the Installation and mechanical/electrical completion of wind turbines
  • Offloading equipment and pad preparation
  • Pre-installation and full turbine installation
  • Operation and maintenance during construction phase
  • Troubleshooting and repair
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Working both independently and within structured installation teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working in Wind
  • Strong understanding of wind turbine installation processes
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work safely at heights and in remote locations
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Current GWO (Global Wind Organisation) Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Advanced or Intermediate Rigging Tickets (RI)
  • Crane Licence (CV, C6, CN)

Highly Desirable:

  • ART Training
  • GE turbine experience
  • Dogman Ticket (DG)
  • EWP (WP)

What We Offer

  • 18–24-month project duration with strong pipeline of continuous project work
  • FIFO from major Cities (Eastern States)
  • Camp accommodation 14 minutes from site
  • 3w/1w roster, 10hrs per day
  • $40-$55 per hour plus penalties for Overtime and weekend work (dependent on tickets and experience)
