About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties and deliver a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants. You’ll play a key role in lease management, tenant relations, maintenance coordination and compliance—maximising asset value while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential property portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants through clear, timely communication.
- Handle tenant complaints and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including warranty work, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
- Oversee financial reporting to owners.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and ARG policies.
- Support new build handovers.
About You
To excel in this role, you have:
- Cert IV in Real Estate Practice or equivalent
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Strong understanding of tenancy legislation and residential property management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to interpret financial data relating to rental income and expenses
- Experience with PropertyMe is highly regarded
