Production Manager

Summary:

The Production Manager in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry oversees the manufacturing process in a factory or warehouse setting. They lead and manage the production team, develop project plans, and optimize production processes to ensure high-quality goods are produced in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production team
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budget estimates
• Track and report on production metrics
• Design and implement production processes and workflows
• Perform regular inventory and quality control checks
• Train and mentor staff
• Liaise with suppliers, production partners, and other stakeholders
• Manage equipment maintenance and repairs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or another relevant field
