Description

This what being an OT should be — flexible, variety and fun!

Meet clients where they’re comfortable: cozy living rooms, sunny parks, bustling schools, quiet libraries, even their favourite cafés.

No two days look the same. You choose your hours. You design your week around your life—not the other way around.

We’re Allied Health Service Providers, a fully registered NDIS provider with a tight-knit, multilingual team serving Western Sydney.

On offer:

  • Competitive base salary, travel expenses and fortnightly bonuses.
  • Fully paid PD every year—conferences, courses, your pick.
  • Direct support when you need it, independence when you don’t.
  • Small team culture—where everyone knows your name.
  • Wellbeing First: Paid mental health day each month.

The role:

  • Support both NDIS and private clients across the region.
  • Community-based role with realistic workloads.
  • Variety of age groups with broad clinical scope.
  • Face to face fortnightly team catch-ups.
  • Work from home when doing admin and planning.

The requirements:

  • Relevant degree (or working towards) in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • OTA membership.
  • Driver’s licence and reliable car.
  • Australian work rights.

You will love this job if:

  • You enjoy autonomy and challenged by variety.
  • Love connecting with people from all walks of life.
  • Community work excites you more than clinic-based practice.
  • Grow with confidence – weekly supervision, cross disciplines, complex cases.
  • You want work to fit around life, not consume it.

Ready to start doing OT your way?

Just meaningful work, total flexibility, epic variety, and a life you want to live.
