Marketing Manager

The Marketing Coordinator supports Apt Wealth’s brand presence, professional profile, client engagement, and lead generation through coordinated marketing activities across digital, content, and event channels. The role is responsible for ensuring the effective and timely delivery of campaigns developed in partnership with Sintoro, requiring a sound understanding of the financial planning profession, client needs, and contemporary engagement practices.

This position plays an important role in supporting Apt’s growth objectives by strengthening visibility in the market and enhancing the consistency and quality of client and stakeholder communications. By contributing to clear, well executed marketing activity, the Marketing Coordinator helps enable Apt’s playing to win strategy and supports the achievement of long term business outcomes.

This role is open to candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney or Geelong.

These are the primary accountabilities of the role;

• Serve as the primary day to day contact for Sintoro to support effective collaboration and delivery.
• Coordinate the planning, review, approval, and execution of marketing campaigns and related activity.
• Manage the delivery of paid media, eDMs, social content, webinars, and lead generation initiatives.
• Maintain and update the marketing activity planner and content calendar to ensure forward visibility and alignment.
• Review marketing collateral and facilitate timely input from relevant internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative requirements for webinars and events.
• Support the consistent application of Apt’s brand across all marketing assets.
• Respond to adviser and leadership marketing requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide marketing performance insights and outcomes to the Chief Executive Officer.
