Automotive Technician

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our customers. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring that they are safe and reliable for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems with vehicles
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations for future maintenance
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an automotive technician program or equivalent work experience
• ASE certification preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
