AG Security Group is seeking a commercially astute and strategic Business Operations Manager to lead our corporate support functions during an exciting phase of organisational growth.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing Finance, administration, P&C, IT, HSEQ, Commercial, facility management, and marketing & communications. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will ensure these critical functions are aligned, efficient, and positioned to support the company’s operational divisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Finance, Administration, P&C, IT, and HSEQ
• Provide strategic financial, operational and commercial advice and insight to the Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team
• Deliver structured financial and operational reporting, dashboards and performance analysis
• Oversee corporate compliance, governance and risk
• Manage facility and plant lease arrangements
• Coordinate IT strategy, infrastructure and security
• Develop and execute marketing strategy including digital, SEO/SEM and brand management
• Manage department budgets to deliver strong ROI
• Ensure compliance with legislative, Business Management System (BMS) and ISO certification requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a high-performance, safety-focused culture
About You
You are a confident and capable senior leader who combines strong commercial acumen with operational discipline.
You will bring:
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• CA or CPA accreditation (essential)
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior commercial, finance, operational or business management role
• Proven experience leading diverse teams with multiple direct reports
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement capability
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
• Sound judgement, initiative and decision-making ability
Experience in security, construction, technology, professional services or similar industries will be highly regarded.
