About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping, leading and delivering ACSG’s digital growth strategy. With a strong focus on increasing website traffic, customer acquisition, online sales and revenue growth, you will drive the ongoing success of the Beautify Skincare marketplace, brand websites, digital marketing investment strategy, CRM, loyalty and lifecycle marketing programs.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded digital leader who thrives in both strategy and operational execution. You are equally comfortable developing long-term growth plans as you are rolling up your sleeves to implement initiatives, optimise performance and deliver measurable outcomes. As a standalone role with significant autonomy, you will own ACSG’s digital ecosystem and growth agenda, taking initiatives from concept through to execution while driving continuous improvement across all digital touchpoints.

What you will do

• Grow traffic, conversion, average order value and repeat purchase across the Beautify Skincare marketplace and our brand websites.
• Own the digital marketing investment strategy across SEO, paid search, paid social, affiliate and performance channels.
• Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing and loyalty programs to lift customer lifetime value.
• Manage Shopify operations, the B2B ordering portal, and our agency and technology partners.
• Turn customer, campaign and eCommerce data into clear recommendations, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to deliver them.

What you bring

• 7+ years in a digital marketing, eCommerce or digital growth leadership role.
• Proven experience growing and optimising Shopify or similar platforms, including Shopify Plus and Klaviyo.
• Strong expertise in paid media, SEO, performance marketing and customer acquisition.
• A sharp analytical mindset, with a track record of improving conversion, retention and profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder skills, the confidence to run a standalone role with high autonomy, and a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business or a related field. Beauty, skincare, aesthetics or retail experience, and Looker Studio or similar reporting tools, are highly regarded.
