Coldflow are seeking commercial service technicians who will offer uncompromised quality of service.

The right candidate will be responsible for the successful provision of technical expertise in commercial air-conditioning whilst providing an exceptional standard of customer service.

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Service Technician who can deliver high quality customer service.

You will be provided with all necessary tools of the trade, including:

Fully maintained late model dual-cab Toyota Hilux with Fuel card;

Tablet and Mobile Phone

Uniform and PPE

Your responsibilities will include:

Fault-finding, diagnosing, servicing and repairing of commercial HVAC equipment;

Installing, repairing or replacing parts such as compressors, motors, condensers, evaporators, air filters, switches, controls and gauges;

Checking/Testing ventilation equipment making sure they operate efficiently and continuously;

Maintenance and repairs on plant room equipment;

Checking that parts are installed, lined up and fitted properly;

Providing immediate response to support the management of critical incidents or issues throughout the facility;

Carrying out contracted and Defects Liability Period (DLP) maintenance.

About you:

You have excellent communication skills:

You can effectively manage your time and meet deadlines;

You have high quality standards and a strong focus on customer service;

Well-developed fault-finding and diagnostic skills;

You can work autonomously and unsupervised;

Your knowledge and skills:

Previous industry experience;

Certificate III in Electro technology, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning;

Full ARCtick License

Restricted Electrical Worker’s license (REL)

Red/White Card;

Driver’s license;

Working With Children Check / Police Check

We pay between $45 – $50 per hour, plus Super, depending on your skills and experience;

1 x Rostered Day Off (RDO) every 4 weeks;
