This role

As our Partner channel business continues to scale across ANZ, the UK, and Canada — including our 1,000+ global referral partners and emerging Certified and Bureau partner motions — we’re looking for a strategic operator to lead our channel strategy & operations.

Reporting to the Head of Channel Operations, this role will serve as the key business partner to our Global Head of Partnerships and the regional channel sales leaders. You’ll build the operating model, systems, and processes to drive sustainable, repeatable growth across the channel ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role embedded within the Global Revenue Operations team, focused on ensuring our partner ecosystem is set up for performance and scale.

Key focus areas

  1. Channel Revenue Operations: Define and implement the systems, tools, and reporting that power the global partner channel business
  2. Strategic Business Partnering: Act as the primary operational partner to the Global Head of Partnerships and regional channel leaders
  3. Cross-Functional Execution: Lead channel-focused initiatives across legal, finance, Operations, Salesforce, product, and marketing
  4. Global Process Standardisation: Identify and drive global process improvements, while enabling regional flexibility where needed
  5. Channel Forecasting & Performance Reporting: Own partner metrics, dashboards, and forecast support in collaboration with Revenue Planning and Sales Ops
  6. Program Design & Execution: Drive the rollout of scalable partner programs, onboarding, referral processes, and channel enablement infrastructure

This will include

  • Optimise partner-sourced revenue through scalable strategy, accurate forecasting, and performance insights
  • Design dashboards and reporting to track partner activation, referral velocity, and ARR contribution
  • Identify and improve inefficiencies across the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to support
  • Standardise global channel processes, balancing consistency with local needs
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Salesforce teams to ensure data integrity and workflow efficiency
  • Lead change management for new tools, systems, and reporting across channel teams
  • Drive cross-functional projects and partner program rollouts that impact channel performance
  • Align closely with Finance and Revenue Planning on budgets, forecasts, and reporting
  • Support global channel sales teams with capacity planning, performance reviews, and operational insights
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for partner success within the broader Revenue Operations team

What you will bring

  • 5–10+ years experience in Revenue, Sales, or Channel Operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven experience working within or adjacent to partnerships teams across referral or reseller models
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce, partner CRM systems, and the broader RevTech stack
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience developing global playbooks and regionalised workflows
  • Excellent analytical and forecasting skills with a strong data-to-action mindset
  • Comfortable balancing high-level strategy and day-to-day execution
  • Structured, data-driven thinker with strong operational instincts
  • Collaborative and confident stakeholder manager
  • Process- and systems-oriented with an eye for scalability
  • Hands-on experience with CRM dashboards, forecasting tools, and sales automation
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
