We’re looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our Sydney studio. This is a great opportunity to work at the forefront of design, contributing to high-quality multi-residential and mixed-use projects from early concept through to planning approval.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of multi-residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects, with a focus on feasibility studies, early design phases, and planning approvals
  • Support the Project Leader in day-to-day project activities, demonstrating initiative and ownership
  • Prepare compelling design presentations and high-quality development application documentation
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain the integrity of the design vision
  • Navigate planning regulations and ensure compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards, and other relevant codes
  • Coordinate with project teams to meet design objectives and project milestones
  • Participate in internal design reviews and help mentor junior team members
  • Use advanced Revit skills to produce accurate, efficient documentation to a high standard

About You

You combine strong design thinking with solid delivery expertise and have experience across multi-residential and mixed-use projects. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling complexity. A strong communicator and natural collaborator, you uphold design quality at every stage of a project.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Between 4 to 8 years of post-graduate experience, with an interest in moving into a leadership role
  • Proficiency in Revit and experience delivering documentation in BIM environments
  • Solid understanding of planning pathways and Building Code of Australia compliance
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, consultants, and competing demands
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for thoughtful, high-quality design
