Pilbara Community Legal Service Inc. (PCLS) is a non-profit, government-funded, community organisation that provides free, accessible, equitable, responsible, and culturally appropriate advice, support, and advocacy to the people of the Pilbara. We offer a range of services including:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Client support
Client financial assessment and planning
Debt management and reduction
Record keeping and compliance
Outreach and networking across the Pilbara
Additional tasks as reasonably requested

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Good written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to write and present formal reports and correspondence.
Demonstrated skills in working with, and knowledge of, Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook and other database entry systems.
Capacity to maintain a high degree of discretion and exercise sound judgement in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
Highly organised and able to multitask.
Be non-judgemental and empathetic, and able to set personal boundaries.
Working rights within Australia
Current Australia Drivers License, Class 3.
Police Clearance and Working with Children Check required.
