Pay: AU$71,250.00 – AU$75,000.00 per year

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Diploma or Studying towards qualified Educator & Lead Educators to join our educational team at Robina.

This role requires educators who possess happy, joyful demeanors along with the confidence to work in a team environment.

We will need a passionate,,fun, creative, holistic, Lead Educator, Educator and Casual educator to be joining our teams.

You must have a big smile that will make every child’s face light up each and every day.

Throughout the course of a morning, you will have many varied roles, if a child requests you to be a superhero you will be the best cape wearing crusader you can be!

A qualification in musical theatre is not necessary however the ability to perform spontaneously in front of a crowd of tiny humans is essential!

You must have loads of compassion along with kindness and be ready to fix whatever troubles with hugs and band aids.

It is essential to have eyes in the back of your head and no fear entering public environments dressed in costume after celebrating centre events.

You will have/be:

Currently studying Diploma/ has Diploma or has Cert 3.

Experience leading and guiding a Team.

Full First Aid and CPR certificates, inclusive of Asthma and Anaphylaxis

Current Working With Children Check

National Policy Check

Current Child Protection training
