Role Overview:

The Senior Clinical Partner – Psychologist at Vines Therapy will be influential in providing exceptional, client-centred therapeutic services. This position requires a seasoned professional capable of executing customised treatment strategies that fulfil our commitment to the Ambitious For You Approach™️. Your responsibility includes developing sophisticated treatment plans, contributing to our service strategy, and mentoring junior therapists. You will have opportunities for both mentorship and exercising leadership, enhancing their career trajectory and shaping client outcomes within our supportive environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary ranging from $95,000 – $105,000 annually, with an additional $5,000 travel allowance (excluding superannuation).

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure and registration as a Registered Psychologist with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise and advanced knowledge in various Psychological interventions.
  • Receptivity to new and innovative treatment methodologies.
  • Solid grounding in evidence-based practice within Psychology.
  • Technological proficiency pertinent to allied healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Skilled at providing supervision and leadership to a transdisciplinary team.
  • Proven ability in managing complex caseloads and program development.
  • Resolute commitment to providing the highest quality of client-driven care.
  • Willingness to travel for work-related purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the Ambitious For You Approach, promoting a culture of high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Customised Therapy Interventions: Craft personalised plans that cater to client needs, goals and therapeutic outcomes.
  • Assessment and Intervention: Utilise standard assessments and evidence-based interventions in all therapeutic interventions
  • Care and Progress Tracking: leverage data analytics tools to document and evaluate client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
  • Technology Integration: innovatively incorporates emerging allied health technologies, apps, devices and other assistive technologies into therapeutic interventions.
  • Innovative Interventions: enhance client-care outcomes by utilising innovative and evidence-based strategies to maximise therapy interventions.
  • Collaborative Co-Creation: work within transdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, integrated client care and clinical skills growth.
  • Research Engagement: the opportunity to participate in various research and project initiatives of Vines Institute, the parent company of Vines Therapy.
  • Undertake additional leadership responsibilities as directed by the Clinical Director.
