The opportunity
The Vikings Group are looking for experienced Kitchen Hands who are passionate about food preparation and working within a fast-paced environment! As a Kitchen Hand at our Erindale venue, you will work collaboratively with your head chef and the wider kitchen team to assist in producing quality meals and exceptional service to patrons.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain the cleaning and clearing of the kitchen, including dishes and floors
- Assist in food preparation tasks and basic meal assembly
- Manage stock rotation and any other ad hoc duties as required by the Chefs and Management
- Have a thorough understanding of WHS and food safety requirements
- Be able to operate a commercial dishwasher to a high standard
