About the Role

As a Casual Enrolled Nurse with TripleCN, you’ll work under the direction of Registered Nurses and provide safe, person-centred care to clients in a range of environments — from residential aged care facilities to hospitals and homes. You’ll support clients with clinical care, assessments, health promotion, and documentation, while building strong therapeutic relationships that make a difference.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic nursing care in line with care plans and best practice
  • Work collaboratively with RNs, GPs, Allied Health, and support teams
  • Provide education, support and advocacy to clients and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure safe infection control and medication practices
  • Respect client dignity, diversity, and individual preferences
  • Prioritise safety, wellbeing and quality care in all environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
  • Great communication and clinical documentation skills
  • Empathetic, adaptable and confident in a variety of settings
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (if working with people with disability)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
  • Willingness to travel locally with access to reliable transport

Bonus Points for:

  • Specialised skills or certifications (e.g., mental health, cardiac, disability)
  • Experience with ACFI or NDIS documentation
  • Previous work in aged care, hospital or community care
