We’re a new and rapidly expanding pool maintenance company based in Dempsey Hill, on a mission to raise the standard of pool servicing in the region. Drawing inspiration and practices from global swimming markets, we’re redefining how pools are cared for—and we need a stand-out supervisor to help lead the charge.
What You’ll Do
As our Pool Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring top-quality service for both residential and commercial pools.
• Maintain Pool Chemistry & Cleanliness: Oversee testing, treatment, and maintenance to keep pools safe, sparkling, and compliant.
• Handle Technical Repairs: Use your skills to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on pump room equipment and filtration systems.
• Lead a Team: Provide guidance, training, and support to our team of technicians, helping us build a culture of excellence.
• Innovate & Problem Solve: We’re looking for someone curious and solutions-oriented, ready to share ideas and learn new techniques in an international setting.
• Vendor Communication: Manage relationships and communicate effectively with vendors of pool-related products to ensure timely procurement and quality supplies.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience with residential and commercial pool maintenance (5+ years preferred).
• Expertise in pool chemistry, cleaning methods, and maintenance products.
• Strong technical skills for basic pump room equipment repairs.
• Relevant certifications such as:
~ Certificate III in Swimming Pool & Spa Service (or higher).
~ Pool Plant Operator Accreditation (e.g., Royal Life Saving Australia or equivalent).
~ Certified Pool Operator (CPO®️) or other recognized qualifications.
• A valid driver’s license (essential for this role).
• A can-do attitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to new challenges.
