Responsibilities:
- Ensure that guest rooms and suites are immaculate and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of our resort.
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitisation of bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and all amenities provided to guests.
- Restock guest room supplies, including toiletries, linens, and other essentials, with an eye for detail.
- Maintain cleanliness in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, lifts and stairs, and lounges, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and accommodate special housekeeping needs whenever possible.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate departments to ensure prompt resolution.
- Handle and dispose of waste and recyclables responsibly to maintain an eco-friendly environment.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and resort staff to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards to ensure a healthy and secure environment for guests and employees.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping is prefered but not mandatory; we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering exceptional cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide friendly and helpful service to guests.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
