Based in Wadeye NT

$85k-$90k + Super

  • Furnished accommodation
  • Relocation assistance up to $1500
  • 6 Weeks leave + 17.5% leave loading

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the general upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of the TDC Accommodation Village and all TDC Staff Accommodation properties. The role ensures all properties are safe, functional, and well-presented, supporting the comfort and wellbeing of staff and guests. The Coordinator is responsible for leading a small local team, providing on-the-job supervision, training, and mentoring. This includes overseeing yard maintenance, general repairs and maintenance, coordinating freight deliveries, assembling furniture, and liaising with external trades when required.

About You

  • Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities or handyman role
  • Basic trade or technical skills
  • Experience working in remote, residential, or community-based settings desirable
  • Leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded

Essential Licences / Clearance prior to commencement

  • NT Drivers Licence (Class C)
  • National Police Check
  • NLC work/residential permits (with assistance from TDC)
