At Tank Vision, we use the Expression of Interest as a way of building our Talent Pool for future opportunities. Candidates simply submit their details to be matched to future roles in our team.

What’s an Expression of Interest?

If we have no specific jobs advertising in the area you are interested in working, you can submit an Expression of Interest, which contains information about you, your job preferences, and your availability. You’ll then be added to our candidate pool, where you’ll be considered for opportunities and contacted when a job you’re matched to becomes available.

When you are matched to a job you’ll be invited to check out the details and confirm you interest and availability for the job – you’ll always have the choice to decline.

We match candidates based on suitability for a specific job. To maximise your chances of being matched, we suggest when completing the EOI you consider each question carefully and include the broadest preferences based on what is relevant for you.

Finally, while we do use the Expression of Interest for many of our roles however, we will still advertise roles when they become available. So, it’s worth taking a look at the Tank Vision website from time-to-time.
