About the Role

The Digital Content Specialist is a hybrid strategist/creative/producer where you’ll own all digital content initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders and recruitment teams, you’ll lead end-to-end digital content efforts that amplify our brand, grow our talent and client pipelines, and bring our thought leadership to life across multiple channels.

You’ll guide and support business units with campaign strategy and execution, all while ensuring digital performance is continuously optimised through data and insights.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Plan, create and manage multi-channel digital content across social media, web, email, and paid media

• Lead the digital content strategy across all divisions, translating business goals into compelling digital campaigns

• Champion our organisation and corporate brand across every touchpoint—visuals, voice, and messaging

• Engage with our community and followers through social media

• Optimise the website and landing pages for SEO, engagement, and conversion

• Oversee multimedia production (videos, testimonials, infographics) and digital asset management

• Guide internal stakeholders through campaign briefing, content planning, and performance reporting

• Monitor and analyse digital performance, providing insights and regular reports to the Senior Leadership Team and Board

• Lead and support aspects of industry events, expos, and webinars

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a digital marketing or content role within the recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition sector

• Strong skills in social media, content management systems, email platforms, and basic graphic design (Canva or similar)

• Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail

• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that deliver measurable outcomes

• Confidence working with senior leaders and translating business goals into digital content solutions

• Experience in project management and stakeholder management

• In-depth knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, digital analytics, and campaign optimisation.
