We are seeking a Front of House professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front of house area. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
• Assist with menu and beverage recommendations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Train and supervise front of house staff
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a front of house role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
