We are very excited to offer the opportunity to join our NCE team in the role of Account Manager. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales across NCE’s diverse B2B customer base, including Caravan Manufacturers, Dealers, Repairers and Service Agents. NCE is looking for someone who is a hands-on self-motivator that is aligned with NCE’s vision to be a leader in the RV industry.
Role and Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key prospects through regular site visits and proactive communication
• Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries, including orders, product information, credit, delivery, and service issues
• Identify client needs and provide tailored product recommendations and technical support
Sales Performance & Business Development
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals
• Present, quote, and negotiate pricing, prepare contracts, and manage orders
• Develop and execute plans to grow existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities
Product & Market Expertise
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NCE’s product range and stay informed on competitor offerings
• Understand the Australian RV, Caravan, and Motorhome industry, including customer trends and market developments
• Keep clients informed on new product releases, features, and technical updates
Collaboration & Promotion
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support promotional campaigns and product development
• Represent NCE at trade shows, events, and in-store promotions, including product displays and presentations
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to sales and marketing strategies
Reporting & Administration
• Provide regular sales and market feedback to the Sales Manager, including monthly reports & CRM management
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions
Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident professional manner
• Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and document review
• Ability to multitask, excellent time management and an ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Customer focused with a make it happen attitude

• You hold a current Australian driver’s license
• You are open to travel when required
