So, what duties can you expect to do?

• Ability to work within a team and lead a team in a prompt and professional manner.
• Competency in operating a range of golf course maintenance equipment.
• Promote continuous improvement with open communication to management.
• Be able to follow instructions and work autonomously as required.
• Adhere to WHS&E policies and procedures.
• Enter data and document works undertaken.
• Support management and fellow employees.

Qualifications and Experience

• Cert III in Turf Management
• Relevant licenses, including Class C driver’s licence.
• Experience and knowledge in preparing quality golf course playing surfaces.
• Motivation of staff and leading by example.
• Current Chemcert certificate for the application of chemicals or willing to obtain.
• Competency in the use and maintenance of specialised golf course equipment.
• Understanding work health and safety practices.
• Exceptional eye for detail across all facets of golf course management.
