Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that Salesforce platform implementations and enhancements align with our organizational goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, design effective solutions, and drive the successful deployment of Salesforce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into functional and technical requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with Salesforce developers and technical teams to design scalable solutions that meet business requirements. This includes the design of workflows, customizations, and integrations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within the Salesforce environment, recommending and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and system requirements. Ensure that all changes are properly documented and communicated.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet the defined business requirements. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on Salesforce functionalities, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the system effectively. Offer ongoing support to resolve any issues or questions.
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform. Implement data management best practices and support data migration activities as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that Salesforce solutions are delivered effectively and meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least [Y] years working specifically with Salesforce.
- Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce modules. Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst certifications are highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Project Management: Experience managing projects using agile or other project management methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning. Basic understanding of data modeling and SQL is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
