Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cleaning Team Member to join our team in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and have a passion for maintaining a clean and organised environment.

The main responsibilities of the role will be;

– Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces

– Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly

– Clean restrooms and replenish supplies as needed

– Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or damages to the supervisor

– Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals

and operating equipment

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred

– Ability to pass a background check

– Willingness to undergo training on proper cleaning techniques

– Strong attention to detail

– Ability to work independently

– Good time management skills

– Excellent communication skills

– Physical stamina for long periods of standing and bending

– Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is preferred but not required
