Your Role

As a CSR, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and heard. Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Handling inbound calls and scheduling service requests (300 to 500 calls per week)
  • Managing website scheduling requests
  • Conducting customer follow-up calls
  • Engaging in outbound customer service calls during quieter periods
  • Tracking and analyzing advertising sources
  • General administration support

What We’re Looking For

  • Superb Communication Skills: Articulate in writing and speaking with an impactful presence.
  • Customer Service Pro: Exceptional phone and email etiquette with a knack for making clients feel special.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365 and quick to learn new systems. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Creative Thinker: Attention to detail with a flair for innovative solutions.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
