Your Role
As a CSR, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and heard. Your responsibilities include:
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Handling inbound calls and scheduling service requests (300 to 500 calls per week)
- Managing website scheduling requests
- Conducting customer follow-up calls
- Engaging in outbound customer service calls during quieter periods
- Tracking and analyzing advertising sources
- General administration support
