We create homes that people are proud of
Operating for over 30 years, Rivergum is proudly the 4th leading national builder and Rivergum Projects is South Australia’s leading medium-density residential developer, with a new home pipeline of more than $500M to deliver in secured projects across metropolitan Adelaide. The business delivers a wide diversity of projects ranging from Rivergum owned, joint-venture and strategic build partner developments, and enjoys strong relationships with a range of Tier 1, Private, Government and Social Housing Development Partners.
We are looking to expand our team with a driven professional. Our construction techniques are semi-commercial due to the nature of our sites, with the projects we are delivering up to the value of $30M. You will be fully equipped with the tools required to perform to a high standard and largely be based at a project with a site office and facilities so you can effectively manage your day-to-day responsibilities.
