Summary:

On the heels of market expansion and growth, Resonate is hiring a Customer Success Intern to support our clients. Resonate is an Australian Scale-up organisation that has an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform (SaaS). The Resonate Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform leverages the latest technology including machine learning, text analytics, data visualization etc to deliver actionable insights to leading companies. The company has a range of flagship customers and growing brand recognition in the space.

A day in the life of a Customer Success Intern will see you:

  • Increasing Customer satisfaction by understanding how customers are using the platform and uncovering any gaps
  • Reach out to end users to guide them in using the platform regularly and help them get the most out of its features.
  • Ensure the right stakeholders are engaged and receiving relevant updates, working alongside the team to streamline communication.
  • Work closely with marketing and implementation teams to make sure customers receive the most useful and up-to-date information.
  • Understand customer challenges and how the platform can help them and assist in finding ways to align the solution with their goals.
  • Support the team in managing customer renewals, as well as learning how upselling and cross-selling work to grow customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Work and/or internship experience within a customer service/sales/technology environment is highly regarded
  • Strong verbal and written English communications skills
  • Ability to build client and internal stakeholder relationships within an organisation
  • Creative and innovative in problem-solving and providing solutions
