What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the first point of contact for guests – creating warm welcomes, solving problems on the fly, and helping make every stay memorable.
Greet and check in guests with professionalism and energy
Manage phone, online, and in-person reservations
Recommend local attractions and services
Upsell hotel offerings and upgrades
Operate our airport shuttle (Full Driver’s License required)
Resolve guest issues with confidence and care
Keep the reception area organised and welcoming
Work as part of a close-knit, supportive team
For On-site Manager role: You’ll also oversee after-hours check-ins and operations as needed – with a fully furnished on-site apartment provided as part of the package.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Cool under pressure and a natural problem-solver
Can-do attitude and comfortable taking initiative
RSA Victoria (or willingness to obtain)
Full Driver’s License and clean driving record
Experience in hospitality, retail or customer service
A team player who’s eager to grow and learn
