Junior Printing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• To proof incoming page files, manage electronic page flow prior to the laser-imaging of printing plates to be installed on offset Press Machine.
• Uses pre-press software applications to operate state-of-the-art Kodak CTP (computer-to-plate) imagers, processors and vision benders to produce press-ready aluminum printing plates.
• This position works with press personnel to maximize print quality, performs cleaning and general maintenance of plateroom equipment and restocks raw materials
• Prepare files to be ready for color separation including all needed revision
• Feed CTP machine with required Plates
• Run Jobs on Rip software and output plates
• Deliver Plates to Production after checking
• Do regular Cleaning and Maintenance for CTP
• Record plates consumption and CTP reports
• Any other task as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Prefer 2 years of previous experience in CTP Machines (fresh graduates in printing technology can apply)
• Previous experience working in printing & production houses
• Excellent knowledge of finalizing, montaging design
• With different graphic design tools (In design, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc…)
• Offset printing experience would be added advantage
