About the Position

This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong sales background, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences within a growing financial advisory firm.

Your role and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Engaging clients over the phone to update information and conduct fact-finding.
  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments with Financial Advisers.
  • Providing outstanding service to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Conducting both inbound and outbound calls to ensure seamless client service.
  • Supporting Financial Advisers with scheduling and client information management.
  • Utilizing CRM and financial platforms to manage client workflows.
  • Regular use of Microsoft Office programs.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within financial services, with a strong sales background.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with adaptability to work in a diverse team.
