Your mission

  • Own the implementation journey – making sure every strategy lands perfectly and clients stay informed.
  • Execute advice – process Super and investment switches, rollovers, fee submissions and insurance changes.
  • Stay compliant – prepare NOI forms, maintain spotless records and meet all regulatory standards.
  • Delight clients – act as the key contact during implementation, send paperwork for signing and provide clear updates.
  • Partner for success – collaborate with Advisers, third-party providers and internal teams to keep timelines tight.
  • Audit & improve – run regular portfolio checks and suggest process enhancements.

What you’ll bring

  • RG146, Diploma of Financial Planning or similar (or on the way).
  • 2+ years in advice implementation, superannuation, investments or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge of super, investments, insurance and financial-planning workflows.
  • CRM & fintech-tool confidence, plus advanced Excel / Word / Outlook skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the aptitude for turning complex steps into simple client language.
  • Able to prioritise, hit deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, professional communication that builds trust with clients and stakeholders alike.
