  • About the Opportunity

    Our Customer Experience (CX) team, based in Melbourne CBD, are currently seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join them. In this role you will report to the Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Call centre interactions through voice, live chat and email
  • Face-to-face meeting with members.
  • Establishment of new salary packaging account.
  • Administration of in-life salary packaging amendments.
  • Quality assurance project work.
  • About You

  • Other key skills, experience and qualification:
  • Prior experience in the salary packaging industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Prior experience in a contact centre is highly regarded.
  • Be a highly motivated professional with a drive for customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound time management skills.
  • Prior experience in a high paced customer service role is highly regarded but not essential for the right environment.
