Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for visual storytelling and digital design? Oxworks is looking for a Digital Content & Graphic Design Coordinator to take our brand presence to the next level.

As a key member of our Marketing team, you’ll bring bold ideas to life through eye-catching graphics, engaging video, and scroll-stopping social media content. From product campaigns to branded assets, your design skills will shape how customers see, feel, and connect with Oxworks online and beyond. This full-time role is based on-site in our Crestmead HQ with occasional location shoots, and potential for a flexible work arrangement for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-impact visual content including graphics, photos, animations, and short-form video for social media, website, digital ads, and eCommerce.
  • Champion Oxworks’ visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all digital and print content.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create training materials, product brochures, and guides—bringing information to life through thoughtful design.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of creative assets across all platforms.
  • Write compelling copy to complement your visuals—because strong content tells a complete story.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the success of visual content and refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay current with design and social trends, proactively pitching fresh ideas to elevate our brand.
  • Support marketing campaigns, new product launches, and eCommerce content enhancements with polished, on-brand visuals.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re a creative designer with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
  • You’ve got experience creating digital content for social media, web, and marketing campaigns—bonus if you’ve worked with eCommerce brands.
  • You’re a detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • You understand the balance between aesthetics and purpose—designing with strategy in mind.
  • You’re proactive, self-motivated, and always thinking ahead.
  • Must have a Driver’s License and a Car.

Proficiency with industry-standard creative platforms, including

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Canva for quick-turn around and brand-aligned design
  • Greenrope, Mailchimp, or similar EDM and marketing automation platforms
  • Jotform or comparable form-building tools
  • Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or other social media scheduling platforms
  • WordPress or other content management systems
  • Familiarity with Blender or other 3D rendering software is highly regarde
