About the role
The role is perfect for someone who has commenced or completed a FASEA approved financial planning degree.
You will be responsible for:
• Working with advisers on strategy development, plan preparation and review appointments.
• Conducting client appointments to assist with the preparation of Centrelink applications and associated paperwork.
• Liaising directly with providers and government organisations.
About you
• Commenced or completed a FASEA approved financial planning degree.
• Able to develop rapport with clients and build genuine client relationships through clear verbal and written communication skills.
• An ability to take ownership of your work and meet workflow deadlines while working in a supportive team environment.
• A positive, energetic and inquisitive manner as evidenced by your ability to proactively address client requirements and generate appropriate solutions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy as this is a fundamental requirement for this role.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications and be comfortable with new technology.
