We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our dedicated team of care professionals, providing high-quality support to individuals living with disabilities.

Your Role:

We are looking for a Nurse with experience in disability care, who will provide person centred care for one of our clients. You will play a key role in assisting them on a daily basis during school while supporting them to be independent enhance the quality of their life.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administering medications and assisting with health management plans.
  • Providing clinical care, including wound care, vital signs monitoring, and chronic disease support.
  • Tracheostomy management including suctioning, ventilator support, and nebuliser treatments.
  • PEG feeding support and management.
  • Responding appropriately in emergencies, including administering CPR.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as grooming, bathing, and mobility support.
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to implement and review care plans.
  • Ensuring accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Promoting dignity, respect, and inclusion in all aspects of care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A current Enrolled Nurse qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience in disability care or a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
