DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION

1. First point of contact for incoming 3PL deliveries

2. Action incoming orders & Inquiries when required

3. GFG Cold Storage (3PL business) Administration

  • Container Scheduling
  • Transport Scheduling
  • Container Crew Scheduling
  • Labelling & Pallet Identification

4. Systems Carton Cloud Storage management system & Navision ERP

5. Strong Communication

6. Coordination

  • 3PL Clients
  • 3PL/4PL Inventory accuracy
  • Location availability reports
  • Import Documents

7. Processing of key documents
