Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Amplee.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales / business targets and objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the Amplee.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of client servicing or advertising sales experience (preferably in media or digital agency).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • An appetite for changes, empathetic and proactive.
  • Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills and comfortable with client facing role
  • Able to manage tight deadlines with strong project management skill
