About the role

This exciting role will see you drive the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok – all with the goal of maximising ROI and growing our direct-to-consumer business.

Based in South Yarra and working within a tight-knit Marketing team of four, we’re looking for someone results-driven, passionate about performance marketing, and ideally someone who loves fashion – especially shoes! This is a work from office role, so if you’re looking for hybrid work, this may not be for you – we work better when we’re all together!

Whilst hands-on content creation is not essential, experience in managing or briefing social and email content will be highly regarded.

The Role

  • Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Plan, set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and more.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to drive efficient performance.
  • Adjust budgets and bidding strategies to maximise ROAS and campaign success.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and GA4 to track, analyse and report on performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brief creative assets aligned with campaign goals.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, applying insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes and emerging ad formats.
  • Manage a content calendar and publish organic content (preferred, not essential).

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven hands-on experience setting up and managing paid campaigns directly in-platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager etc.) — this is essential.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with content calendars, email marketing, or content strategy is a plus, but not required.
