IT Support Officer

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an IT Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound IT incidents and service requests across all office locations. This is a job share role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and triage IT issues raised through the service desk and resolve or escalate them as needed.
  • Assign and manage end-user IT equipment to align with employee needs.
  • Document accessible solutions for future use and reference.
  • Set up and manage user access to relevant internal systems as required.
  • Identify and report recurring incidents, recommending solutions where required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Experience or clear aptitude for troubleshooting (IT issues desirable).
  • Familiarity with a diverse range of computer systems/software (Microsoft Suite).
  • IT related tertiary education qualification (desirable).
