We’re looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join us on an 8 month parental leave contract. In this hands-on role, you’ll report directly to the COO and partner with leaders across the business to support performance, engagement, and culture. You’ll take the lead in delivering our people initiatives, helping shape an employee experience that’s thoughtful, impactful, and aligned to our strategic goals.

What You’ll Own & Deliver

  • Drive a broad range of established people initiatives across employee experience, culture, engagement, talent, compliance, and reward.
  • Continuously improve the employee experience across the lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding – making every touchpoint feel seamless and memorable.
  • Champion our culture and wellbeing initiatives – making sure Honey stays a place where people feel valued, connected, and excited to be part of the journey.
  • Partner with executives and senior leaders to attract and hire top talent.
  • Collaborate with Finance to manage fortnightly payroll and ensure all employee changes are processed accurately and on time.
  • Review and enhance HR policies and processes – keeping us compliant, agile, and ready to scale.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior generalist HR role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong track record of supporting leaders and aligning people strategies to business goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – you’re credible, approachable, and a trusted advisor.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach – you’re energised by solving problems and driving continuous improvement.
  • Great attention to detail whilst maintaining sight on the bigger picture.
