Hi-Reach is a Progressive Company and a market leader in the hire industry, specialising in EWP’s, Under Bridge Inspection Units, Scaffolding, Mastclimbers and Swing Stages. We have been operating since 1997 with branches in Brisbane, Sunshine and the Gold Coast.

This position will be based at our HEAD OFFICE in Murarrie (Brisbane).

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technicians to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our extensive fleet of EWP’s, Boomlifts. The Service Technician will work closely with our team to diagnose and repair technical issues, as well as provide ongoing support and training. Positions available are open to Full-Time or persons that want to work on a Part-Time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance services
• Diagnose and repair technical issues
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Provide ongoing support and training to apprentices
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Qualifications:

• Cert III in either of the following area:

1. Diesel Mechanic, or

2. Auto Electrician, or

3. Fitter & Turner

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
